How can I return my order?

At Spazon we make it easy to return! Send an email to support@sparzon.com with your order number.

You will receive a return label and simple instructions from us.

Pack the product, put the label on and deliver it at a shipping point.

We take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible. 😊

 

When can I expect my order?

We believe you shouldn't have to overpay for the products you want. That’s why we ship directly from our supplier.

This approach reduces costs for shipping, storage, and packaging, allowing us to offer products at a reasonable price.

Our order processing timeline is divided into two parts:

Processing Time:
Orders are approved, quality-checked, and packaged. All orders are sent
to the processing center for shipping within 48 hours of being placed.

Delivery Time:
This refers to the time it takes for the package to travel from the
processing center to its final destination. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days.

Note: Due to COVID-19, delivery delays may occur due to limited capacity in the transportation sector.

 

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected time. Unfortunately, a delivery may experience delays in the process. You can check the status via email with our customer service.

 

Where can I find my Tracking Number?

You can track your package with your 4- or 5-digit order number (#xxxxx) and your email address.

The tracking number shows no information, how is it possible?

Tracking information becomes available once your package
reaches the carrier. Please note that delays may occur, and it may take
some time before the tracking details are updated in your order.
